Our response and call centre team can handle telephone, postal, email and online campaigns seven days a week. We have the resources to manage all incoming communications and mail handling services including:
- event registrations
- product & marketing collateral orders
- payments and retail communications
- ‘nearest shop’ services.
We can input captured information through your own systems or alternatively we can use our own IT system. Incoming communications are always answered in your designated name and our response and call centre are fully PCI compliant.
We can offer:
- Permanent teams of experienced agents, dedicated or bureau (shared).
- We're open 363 days per annum: weekdays between 8.00am and 9.00pm and weekends from 9.00am to 6.00pm.
- Digital call recording.
- Specialist software; our business management system is Microsoft Dynamics AX equipped with full CRM. We use this to process and manage financial transactions, customer service and fulfilment operations.
