Customer Communication

Our response and call centre can handle telephone, postal, email and online campaigns seven days a week. We have the resources to manage all incoming communications and mail handling services including: event registrations, product & marketing collateral orders, payments and retail communications and ‘nearest shop’ services.

We can input information through your system or via our system. Incoming communications are always answered in your designated name. Our response and call centre fully PCI compliant.

We can offer:

  • Permanent teams of experienced agents, - dedicated or bureau.
  • Operations of 363 days per annum weekdays between 8.00am and 9.00pm and weekends between 9.00am to 6.00pm.
  • Call recording (in accordance with compliance)
  • Specialist software and hardware – Microsoft Dynamics AX equipped with full CRM. We use this to process and manage financial transactions, customer service and fulfilment operations.
  • Phone, fax and online ordering
